My complaint:
I received an email stating that there had been a problem taking payment for my delivery pass. I contacted customer services and was told they had technical issues and to enter my card again which I did, this made no difference. I spoke again to customer services the girl attempted to put the payment through and said everything was fine that the payment had gone through. This was not true. I spoke to my bank who stated that Morrisons had not.processed the payment correctly, I told Morrisons this but again was only told to put my card on again, I have done all they have said but still no further forward. I spoke to customer services again yesterday and told them the payment had not been processed correctly, the same answer came back saying enter your card again! I am fed up with all this nonsense,Morrisons said they have technical issues, it would be appreciated if they would just get them sorted out and stop saying it’s the banking system, A bad workman always blames his tools.
Suggested solution:
Get their technical issues sorted and process the payment for my delivery pass correctly!!!!
