My complaint:
Rang customer support to chase up an issue for which I was told someone would have contacted me about but never did. The customer service person was really rude,not knowledgeable and totally uninterested and patronising. She just put the phone down and would not let me explain the reason of my phone call.
Suggested solution:
I want Morrison to apologise and look in to my original issue and deal with that. I have been a faithful customer for the past thirty five years and don’t deserve such a treatment.
