My complaint:
I was collecting with my grandson and was rudely told by the store manager that we couldn’t stand in our chosen spot as he couldn’t buy any soup. We had to stand elsewhere which was cold.
Suggested solution:
An apology from the manager involved and a donation from Morrisons.
