My complaint:

My daughter saved up her pocket money in order to buy me a lovely bouquet of flowers. After experiencing some health issues, so I was really excited to receive this beautiful bouquet. However when they arrived I was disappointed but didn’t want to upset my daughter. After day three the Lily’s had’nt opened and the other flowers was hanging over
I changed the water daily and also added the plant food that was provided. On day five my daughter sent an email to Moonpig stating we were unhappy. No reply came so I sent two further emails and was emailed bake to say they couldn’t take to me only the person who ordered the flowers I emailed back stating she hadn’t received a reply. So sent further emails and photo evidence of the flowers and we have continued to email stating our disappointment. No email has been acknowledged. I’m utterly disgusted by this whole situation, especially knowing my daughter had saved up for a long time to purchase these for me.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money in full. And acknowledge previous emails to a young child.
