My complaint:
Ordered my meal online and went to pick it up. The restaurant was nasty and the staff was very rude. My order was not right and not all there. I understand everyone is short staffed and no one takes their job serious anymore but that is no reason to be rude.
Suggested solution:
Hire a staff that want to work and wants to make the customer happy.
