My complaint:

Yesterday I wanted to take advantage of this Moe’s Perks offer you sent me.

I checked the St. Joseph, Michigan Moe’s website and ed the hours of operation 11AM until 8 PM. At approximately 6 PM I went online to place my order. I placed an order for 1 Homewrecker Burrito and 1 Homewrecker Burrito Bown for my spouse who is gluten free. When I went to check out notice appeared stating : Something went wrong Currently unavailable to accept online orders. I went out of the Moe’s site and returned and tried to place my order several more times. The same message kept appearing.

I called the St. Joseph location at the number listed on the website, (269) 556-1155. It rang and rang and rang approximately 20 times until I got a message to leave my name and phone number and a team member at Moe’s would return my call ly. That was 16 hours ago and still have had my phone call returned. I would not call that ly would you?

You reached out to me in an email, I did not contact you asking for this BOGO offer. I have only been to the St. Joseph Moe’s 1 time years ago. I did not return due to the poor service. My second attempt has been even worse.

So please tell me what you would like to do to make my 3rd attempt a pleasurable experience?
