My complaint:
My husband went to the drive-thru at the Wausau, WI KFC today (April 11) and ordered the $20 fillup. We live more than 100 miles from the nearest KFC, and he just happened to be in a city where a KFC was located, so he decided to treat us. When he got home he opened the bucket and found that there were 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Two wings were missing. I am on a low sodium diet because of a heart attack so the only thing I can have is one wing for a meal, so I was SOL. It may be months before we get to a KFC again.
Suggested solution:
I don't know, what do you think? How do you resolve driving 100 miles with an of order of chicken, assuming it's correct, and then realizing your order was messed up?
