My complaint:

On Friday December 27th 2019 I had a scheduled pick up time at 11:am. I am legal blind and a Reno Dialysis patient. I approached the Van and the female driver asked for my ID. I thought I had my ID but it was in my house. I told the driver I was going back to get the ID and she pulled off and left me. Yes, I am slow I am sick, blind.

Suggested solution:

I would like to female driver to have sensitivity training. Its not my fault that I am visually impaired and I forget my ID. It would not have killed her to wait 10 minutes for me to get back in the house and retrieve my ID. It is critical that I received my dialysis treatment.

Lucky, for me I was able to call a cab but I had to pay an extra $5.00 that I did not have to spare. I am on Social Security Disability.
