My complaint:

I am a new customer to the MetaMask platform. I was having a valid issue with buying the BNB token on the BSC network. The representative named Gabriel initially helped me locate a coin the I bridged without establishing the correct network. The issue was resolved, and now I needed to purchase an additional coin to fund my gas fees of the next transaction. BNB is the coin I needed to purchase from the beginning, but its was not showing as an option, and therefore I ended up purchasing Eth on Eth network, which forced me to pay expensive gas fees to bridge token to BSC network. Now I still needed to buy BNB to cover gas fees to swap the Eth to BNB. Platform was not providing the option, and on two instances my conversation was terminated by Gabriel, without asking if my issue was resolved, which obviously it was not. On my 3rd conversation attempt, once again being assigned to Gabriel, I stated I am a new customer that needed an agent with some patience. Stated that Gabriel terminated conversations without resolve, in hopes of getting another agent. Instead, I got Gabriel again, and received a message that I was disrespectful and was placed on timeout status. I dont believe I was disrespectful in any way. Just frustrated with the lack of concern for my issue.

Suggested solution:

Just to acknowledge that I did nothing wrong as a new customer, and would appreciate the acknowledgement from the agent if possible.
