My complaint:
MetaMask customer support claimed that they acting on behalf of the Cryptocurrency Management Tax Bureau from the Swiss Federal Statistical Office collecting 4% tax on my USDT assess that they keep locking in the pledging system. One customer support gave me a timestamp of 24 hours with a timestamp up to 23:59 20062022. I paid the tax at 19:15 20062022 and they claimed that the MetaMask system recognised that I was late paying my tax because the time begin from when the tax document was issued. At the time of the issuance of the Tax document the customer support did not tsay anything about it but they give me the time until 23:59 of 20062022. I asked the customer service that determined I was late about why the previous customer service gave me the different timestamp but they tried to ignored and go around the circle with a different statement saying that I have to pay a further fine of 3% for paying late. Why are they so unprofessional and we are not allowed to say anything at all?

I want to know if this is true and they are collecting tax on my assess is all geniune according to the law. Also is the tax notification paper they provide is true
