McAlisters Deli complaint: Rude and arrogant customer service from manager

My complaint:

The Halloween promotion code wouldn’t work for me, and when I called the store, not only did the manager, Mary, refuse to fix my order, she and the employee, Kathryn who I spoke with first, were rude and arrogant. Mary would not stop interrupting me when I was explaining the problem. I reported this to the area supervisor who has yet to return my call, and I also emailed the corporate office who has not bothered to respond. Their sandwiches are good but I won’t be back. There are plenty of other great sandwich shops that treat their customers with respect, and gladly accept the coupons and promotions they advertise! If McAlister’s didn’t want to give the kid meals out, they should not have sent out the promotion in the first place. There were many complaints concerning this topic on the corporate website — all of which were unanswered!

Suggested solution:

I want an apology from both the manager and area supervisor stating that they understand this is not acceptable behavior to customers. Mary should have listened to my explanation before rudely interrupting as it she already knew it all. Robert should have had the courtesy to return my call after leaving him a detailed message.
