My complaint:
PLACED ORDER WITH DOOR DASH TODAY. DOOR DASHER BRINGS ORDER AND SALADS AND ALL SANDWICHES ARE MISSING. I CALLED DOOR DASH AND FILED COMPLAINT. I PHYSICALLY WENT TO THE STORE OFF BROADWAY TO PICK UP MISSING ITEMS. WE HAVE STAFF THAT ARE DIABETICS THAT NEED TO EAT. I PICKED UP THE ORDER AND GET BACK TO WORK AND ONE OF THE SALADS ARE WRONG. I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH DAD WHO SAYS HES A SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD TO CALL DOOR DASH TO GET A REFUND. I CALLED TO TELL HIM HIS STAFF MADE THE ORDER WRONG. SUPERVISOR NOW WANTS ME TO COME BACK AND GET A NEW SALD. I JUST SPENT MY LUNCH TIME GOING TO PICK UP AN INCORRECT ORDER . I ORDER FROM YOUR COMAPNY ALL THE TIME. I AM SO FRUSTRACTED WITH YOUR STAFF AND DOOR DASH. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN 45 DAYS WHERE I HAD TO COME BACK TO YOUR MERRILLVILLE LOCATION TO PICK UP MISSING ITEMS AND GET ITEMS THAT ARE WRONG.
