My complaint:

I did not received points for this meal on 091421. All three registers froze up trying to get me a bar code to scan and I have in my hand two receipts and neither have a bar code. The manager said I am sorry, but he said it was something wrong with the computers.. I have my receipt for $19.38 and I would like to receive my points. I will be happy to send you a copy of the two receipts that I have. Reprint 1 and reprint 2. I did not get anything the third time they tried.

Suggested solution:

I want my points for the meal I paid for. I used 500 points for tea and they triggered the computers and they all three could not do right after that. HELP . I can send my receipt through my phone but do not know how to do it with my computer. I you can send me a cell phone number, I will be glad to send a copy of each of these receipts. Thank You
