My complaint:
On november 18th my card was cancled’cuz it had been compramized. it was sent to my address höwever that address had caught on firer and i needed to chang my adddress. i was then told that i would need to email it to them.well to sum it all up’ive sent a benift letter from SSI with my new address , OHIO DIRECTION CARD sent to.me from. child and family servises with my new addrers i sent them a copy of my OHIO STATE ID with this address on it. well acording to them their dept will not except those documents. so im out of opptions as what to do. my ssi funds are on that card. and ive not paided my rent this month. and my landlady is ready to evict me .please help me .
Suggested solution:
IJust want them to except my goverment documents and send me my card with the 1,000 dollars on it so i can pay my rent.im a senior citazine. and disabled.
