My complaint:
I’ve tried to cancel for a week now and the Accounts department won’t return my calls, much less pick up the phone when I call. If they refuse to respond for much longer I’ll be forced to cancel my credit card. What a shady operation.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my membership!
