My complaint:
I have requested cancellation from the Daphne, AL, store, Jubilee Square, AL. for the following reasons:
I have contracted Covid after visiting the shop, not clean or sanitized properly
I did not get full hour or 50 minute sessions during the visits there
the receptionist that enrolled me told me that I could cancel at any time
American Express has been notified of the above and has informed me that they will not allow your company to charge me
the facility has called me and I will not be responding to them.
