My complaint:
I went to get a regular facial. I came out with a chemical peel instead did not ask for it at all. So I have a big mark in between my eyes that will not leave. I have spoke with the district manager she wanted me to come back and let them touch my face again and I tell her no I just want my money back. I went out there let them see my face they knew what happened to my face and nobody has returned my phone calls since then. I had to pay money to go see a dermatologist and he told me my face was burnt from A chemical peel.
Suggested solution:
I had did a member ship with them I canceled it. I want my money back for my regular facial. I have had to pay a lot of money to go see a dermatologist also. $125.00 for the ointment and $80.00 to see him. The burn is still in between my eyes.
