My complaint:

Arrived 20-May and checked out 23-May. Upon arrival hotel parking lot and lobby entry was obstructed blocked with tracker trailer, movers and furniture on rollers. The conditions of the front of the building. as well as, the lobby were unsafe with debris and materials. Upon checking in my wife had severe elevation sickness and the Assistant General Manager Paco Bennett was rude, what appeared to be purposely slow, sarcastic and unempathetic. The reservation was booked under my Ernst Young LLP Corporate rate with adjoining rooms; upon inquiry and reation we were told its the rate of the hotel and the two rooms were adjoining…due to my wife’s light headedness we politely asked for the keys and headed upstairs. There was debris all over the floor at the elevator..when the doors opened there were dirty hanging blankets on the elevator walls. Upon arrival to 2nd floor rooms 226 and 228 – they were NOT adjoining. I called down to front desk and was told, ‘oh’ I guess not. No one ever followed up to rectify. Room 228 was NOT cleaned; the toilet had large strands of black hair on it; their was no soap and toiletries, tissues and towels. The bathtub and shower was leakingdripping and the bottom of the tub had a large brownrust colored area that was disgusting. The furniture was dirty, dusty will stickiness. Upon calling the Ass Mgr. our queries and needs were never responded to. Paco didn’t work all weekend and several other front desk attendants told us we needed to speak with him. he never returned any of our calls. On Saturday Am ; we observed a homeless man sleeping in the ice machine room on our 2nd floor. We ed the front desk and the man was escorted out of the lobby. It snowed on Saturday and the entry way was not shoveled, there were large amounts of snow that would randomly fall from the entry roof onto guests, cars etc, Throughout our stay drilling was occurring all weekend in the walls of the hotel, Lastly we had to wait several minutes each day for elevator service due to movers; often times sharing the elevator with piled furniture and workers..there was one incident where workers asked my 16 yr old son to help move and carry pieces because a female worker was struggling. This past weekend was an unprecedented nightmare.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse us for 'at least' room 228. I have several pictures to prove; however this app only allows one photo.
