Marriott complaint: Rude staff, negligence and fraudulent charges

My complaint:

I have MULTIPLE issues with Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur INCLUDING fraud!
1. First night of stay I was overcharged a tourism tax although I am a local Malaysian and NOT a tourist.
2. The key did not work so we needed to head back down to the lobby on 17th March 6pm, another guest cut into the queue. Front desk personnel was very rude when we confronted about the queue cutting and we asked for Duty Manager who did not turn up or call us right after. There was a room beside front desk and there were staff peeking at us uncomfortably when we made a complaint. The whole ordeal lasted 40 minutes and we missed out half the free flow lounge hours.
3. There was noise disturbance middle of the night, we called front desk several times, most of it no
answer and only promises that Duty Manager will call in which they did not. We had no sleep at all. 4. When we checked out, spoke to the Duty Manager. She literally asked us to stay another PAYING night for the hotel to show us better service. Halfway when I was escalating the issues to her, she asked if I wanted to make a UNICEF donation. No resolution whatsoever.

Suggested solution:

Full refund including the fraudulent charges and compensation in points!
