My complaint:

All the way from the beginning of trying to set this trip for my family, there were problems. I called like 3 weeks in advance to make a reservation for trip. So two weeks from our trip date I called to verify reservation. A young woman with an accent answered, after numerous spelling of my last name it was ed that there was not a reservation, at that point she stated hold on I’ll transfer you. So I was transferred to a woman named Marian, who listened to everything, and assured me everything was set to go. This was an important trip for my family, we had been no where due to COVID 10. It was for my husband’s birthday, and my son graduated from Highschool, and also received His AA DEGREE same time. So I call again the week of the trip, NOPE NOT IN System. SO go through everything again. Call day of trip Yeah, we are in system. Pleasant little trip, carpet in room looked dirty, even though waking with flip flopsslippers. Called and asked for coffee, got one more pack for 3 say trip. Called and asked for more towels, for 3 guest. Couldn’t get any until I told them exactly how many towels of what kind came hours later. Go home bring up Visa bill charged twice $814.39 twice. Have two separate reference numbers for same amount, same day. Called and spoke with supervisor Kerry, who was very nonchalant, like it was no big deal fixed in 5 or 6 days. To which I stated Thanks for charging me $1,628,.78 for a $814.39 trip and now Because double charge put card over limit I can’t take my husband out for Father’s Day.

Suggested solution:

Fix my bill as soon as possible. Everyone was so lax and sound disinterested. This is not the Marriott Standards I am used to.
