My complaint:
hard packs taste extremely bad,we r going to stop smoking Marlboro if u dont put them back out 4 purchase, also they r shorter than the soft packs,sometimes we get bad tasting and smelling to,why such a low grade quality
Suggested solution:
raise quality of tobacco,make soft packs,make them as long as u use to,or we will stop,u got one month,everybody complains about them
