Was reissued the 5.00 visa 412385 and 10.00 visa order 412384 after contacting them I never received.

And since the ordered 2 more 5 dollar virtual visas. Sorry I can’t provide more info as Marlboro has blocked my history of purchases after complaining over 8times in emails and phone calls about not getting ANY OF MY VISAS NOT 1 SINGLE ONE HAS COME. Every time I do contact Marlboro I am sent email stating they would look into it and get back to me which they never do. I call customer service and am told its in the mail and should arrive any day. And 9 MONTHS I AM STILL WAITING FOR ALL OF THEM.
Nothing is being done and I just want what I am entitled to and spent my hard earned money to earn these virtual visas. CAN YOU RESOLVE THIS AND GET MY VISAS OR DO NOTHING TOO?
I AM FRUSTRATED AND WAITED LONG ENOUGH WITH NO HELP OR VISAS.
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME MY DAMN VISAS NOW! THERE IS NO REASON THEY HAVE TO MAIL THEM AND MAKE ME WAIT ANY LONGER ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS I AM TOLD. WHEN I HAVE GOTTEN VIRTUAL VISAS IN HOURS FROM OTHER COMPANYS.
