I purchased a carton of cigarettes a few weeks ago and the filters were half there and there was half the tobacco that should have been in there

Desired resolution: I don't know how to resolve it I just thought that they should know I already threw the carton away not all of these cigarettes were ruined just four to five of the packs just really upset about it still and someone told me to message here so I can let them know to check one of their machines or something cuz everyone loves smoking this brand and don't want everyone else have to go through what I went through when they're so expensive
