Marcos Pizza complaint: poor customer service

My complaint:

*** the shift manager has very poor customer service. Instead of taking ownership of what happened on his shift he was blaming the doordash delivery person. Marco’s subcontracted out to doordash. I never asked doordash to pickup my order.

After multiple excuses he said he was going to have to call his GM before he could give me the doordash customer service. I told *** that I wanted to talk to the GM, I received a call back from *** but the GM didn’t want to discuss the issue of doordash placing my food on the ground instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door.

I will never order from Marco’s on 24th street if ever.

Suggested solution:

I don\'t know. They would even take ownership of any of their failures. I\'m sure the health department has rules about placing food on the floor if the customer didn\'t not ask for contactless delivery.
