My complaint:
My husband ordered pizza for pick up and when I arrived at the store’s drive thru, NO ONE came to the window. I saw no one in the store. After sitting there several minutes, I called the store and no one answered. After 10 minutes had passed, I saw an employee walk up to the line and look directly at me then start to make a pizza. Never walked over or acknowledged me in any way other than the initial eye contact so I left. What kind of service is that? I am beyond disappointed and will not return to Marco’s pizza.
