My complaint:
It was my first week working for Marco’s Pizza and we had had a lot of down bursts in our area. The car topper was hit by a burst of wind and flew off my car hit the top and then blew out my back passenger window. It has now been 2 months and my window has still not been fixed.
Their insurance company just called me a few days ago and let me know that they do not have comprehensive insurance just liability. I have been getting the run around for 2 months now. The damage to my car is over $7,000. Our GM quit now no one can give me answers.
Suggested solution:
I would like to speak with someone to see if my car can be fixed.
