My complaint:
Well first, after.i placed my order, I called to remove an item from order. After they removed this item, they tried to charge me 4 more dollars? Makes no sense. Then it took an hour and a half to get my order which was missing an order of 15 count wings. Finally, they put all the extra sauces i ordered in a paper bag and 75% of them broke open and spilled out all in the bag. This was almost an 80 dollar oder that was crap. They have left things out before, but this oder was a disaster that I paid a lot for.
Suggested solution:
The manager offered a credit, but I needed it tonight not later.
