My complaint:

I bought Papaya from fruit section and as usually I do since so many years I buy and keep it for some days and it turn out to a tasty fruit, but this time it dint turn out red rather was getting discolored . I went to return it as the product itself was not of good quality that’s why it was getting discolored. First of all the customer service staff and lady supervisor cross questioned very unprofessionally, first they asked “did you buy like this” I said yes, she said how can you buy such spoilt fruit then I asked what do you mean it’s getting spoiled that is why I brought here, upon that the lady said this mean when you bought it was in good condition, I said of course it was green so I bought, no in would buy if it looks discolored, now I wanna return and this is not of good quality so it’s not getting ripe rather getting discolored , I was surprised with the attitude lady staff and supervisor showed and they kept me waiting for long duration as they said their manager will be coming to handle the issue, later the rude guy male manager came and asked they same thing and was blaming me which is not a good gesture towards customers, he was aware about the problem and he said he would never eat such fruit. When I asked when you know this fruit is not of good quality and I have the proper receipt as evidence for I brought from this lulu the. Why it’s is not replaced. My total bill was of QR 215 above and the papaya was only QR13.55, why would I come all the way and spend lot of time for this , genuinely the fruit was not of good quality that’s why there are white patches, This rude manager said there would be fungus at my home, I strongly condemn the act of the manager for using such words. I want to complain about lady supervisor and male manager who were on duty today morning dated 06 April around 08:15H.
I was very disappointed and left
You have lost one customer , better are other stores where they replace for the genuine customer by being loyal and keeping customer happy.

Suggested solution:

Improve your customer service and think like a customer and understand the genuine customer, it’s not about money always, it’s about how we make others feel.
