My complaint:

It has been my experience over the last year to experience the worst attitude of their check out cashiers at the store. Unfriendly, bad attitude, act like they hate their job, gossiping between check out stations, never ask if you want help out etc. I also shop at Safeway, Trader Joes, Grocery outlet etc. in the Pleasanton/Dublin area and do not have that experience at any of those stores.
In addition I was shopping at this Lucky’s on Sunday around 3:00 P.M and their were boxes, pallets etc. being used to restock the shelves etc. all over the place. The stockers acted like we were in their way and did nothing to allow access to the area I wished to go to. In several cases, I had to turn around and go all around the entire aisle to get where I needed to go.. This is not acceptable? I blame this on management that allows this to happen. Without your customers satisfaction none of them would have a job. Training in customer service should be part of the employees job. If they are given the training, then their employees are failing it badly………………………..

Suggested solution:

As I stated THE EMPLOYEES NEED TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKE MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY WITH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE THEIR TOP PRIORITY.
IF THEYDON'T LIKE THEIR JOB THEN GET RID OF THEM AND REPLACE IT SOMEONE THAT UNDERSTANDS THIS CONCEPT.
