My complaint:

I purchased Christmas lights on December 21, 2023 on line…lights delivered December 27..they were outdoor lights only..tried to return and they said I would have had to return by December 24..I. explained I didn’t receive until December 27..I tried to return on December 28. ..I called customer service 5 times each telling me that different store managers will call me back within 24 to 42 hours.no call back….finally during my last call to customer service I finally received a call back from Mr. Bruno at the Transit store in Williamsville NY very rude stated I was lucky I received the lights it was a great deal and basically I could use them next year…I stated that I don’t need outdoor lights I needed indoor lights and that I can’t return something I didn’t receive..to bad to sad was basically was implied by this manager.. my problem not his …there could have been a different way of addressing the issue,,,an explanation as to why they can’t be returned …is it a distribution issue with the manufacturer etc..nope nothing just a tooooo bad get over it attitude and they should have been returned by Dec. 24…ugg did you hear me I didn’t get them until Dec. 27..my order number was 792317182…thank goodness this was a small order ..I am very concerned with the service I received and would most likely look twice before purchasing anything from the Transit store or perhaps any Lowes store
