My complaint:

The store eliminated all but one checkout register operated by an employee. The remaining four registers are of the self checkout type. While checking out today around 5PM. The only employee operated register was broken or closed. Out of the remaining four self checkout type registers. Only three were accepting customers. I was there to purchase only one item which I desperately needed for the day. I WILL however be taking my future business to any other store other than lowes. This register decision was a cluster $:€ from the very beginning. Lowes has now lost a customer along with his more than $30,000 dollars worth of business. I hope this decision to re-do the register situation has served the business well. I have personally heard other customers complaining as well. Most likely . Most likely I am alone in filing a complaint though. .

Suggested solution:

No fix possible. My business and money are gone forever!
