My complaint:

FINAL NOTICE FOR REFUND BEFORE LEGAL ACTION IS FILED

Please see the attached documents. I ordered a washer for my stepmother.

The washer did not work it was picked up on Jan. 6, 2022 (see attached pick-up slip).

Ordered online and shipped from warehouse 3341.

Order was picked up on Jan. 6, 2022, from store 1681 Pembroke
Pines, FL. store.

I have spent a number of calls to Lowes Customer care and you can check for notes to verify this.

I have contacted the store only to be hung up on a number of times. I was finally told weeks ago that a refund would be issued and to this date no refund.

I will give Lowes until Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, to credit this back to my card ending in 3812, or I will file a lawsuit in my local court on that day.

Suggested solution:

Review documents and refund me by Feb. 14, 2022, or I file lawsuit on Monday the 14th.
