My complaint:
I have had so many problems with Lowes. To add insult to injury. They canceled my card with no reason after they messed up. I bought flooring from them. It came all damaged. I sent it back. I ordered a fridge. It took 5 deliveries to get. Wring size wring color to driver refusing. The worst was when I ordered a washer. They tested it by starting it and left. Well when it went to drain, it came out the back onto my floor. Gallons. He forgot to attach a drain hose to back. I complained and they sent a guy to put drywall. He took pictures and said he was going to paint. Never happened. He left with no work done. I also bought a tree. Well last week it died after never blossoming. I waited 3 years. No buds. Nothing. Hundreds again spent for poor product.
Suggested solution:
I'd like a refund on my tree. I would like some form of materials for my damaged wall from washer. Plus a reason why my card was stopped. I make payments.
