Lowes complaint: Poor Coordination

My complaint:

My washer broke down. I have a Protection Agreement with Lowe’s and therefore I called the company (82721)to schedule a repair call. The Lowe’s agent set up the visit for 83121 between 8am-4pm with a ation email. About 30 minutes later, the contractor assigned to come out called and said they won’t be able to come until 91321. I have a sick mom at home and my washer is critical. I tried calling Lowes back and I was on hold a very long time with no success of speaking to anyone. I can’t go 17 days without a washer. Washers, refrigerators and rangers are critical items.

Suggested solution:

Lowe’s should get someone out to my home ASAP. Also, Lowes should coordinate with their contractors to deliver better service and be on the same page with repair dates. The customer suffers. They have collected the money aggressively but fail miserably to deliver service.
