Lowes complaint: Fencing not installed

My complaint:

I purchased fencing On January 12th to be installed. As of April 13th, I have spent over 185 minutes on the phone, that is 3 hours and 15 minutes doing work that Lowes should be doing for me. I found that working with customer service reps was to no avail because of their lack of knowledge. I paid upfront as required a total of $4402.13. I have been told by different associate my merchandise was received on this date or that date, yet no one can find my merchandise anywhere in the system. I was even called and told the fencing would be delivered between 12 and 4 one day this week, yet no one delivered the merchandise. I have run out of options, so I will be turning this over to legal next week. I will post on social media for all to avoid ordering or asking for installed goods from Lowes. The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful along with a lady named Stephanie, back on the 22nd of March, the rest of the associates could care less about the customer.

Suggested solution:

It would be nice if they cared enough to solve my complaint, but they do not. I feel now that I should receive some form of compensation for the poor customer service and all the phone calls I had to make to no avail. I expect that it will go to small claims court before anything happens and Lowes has to resolve this issue for me. this will cost them more in the long run as they will have attorney fees to pay along with some form of monetary compensation for me. January 12th, fencing was ordered, and no one knows where my mdse is, so how can I tell them how to correct their issues in their store
