My complaint:
Hello, I do not complain but is imperative that you are made aware of the very unprofessional and upsetting service that I received.
I purchased a washer and dryer on October 17, 2022 to have delivery on October 20, 2022.
On October 19, 2022, I was notified that the delivery would be pushed back to October 22, 2022; between 8 am to 12 noon. I agreed.
On Saturday October 22, there was no delivery in that time period and around 1 pm, I called Lowe’s in Sanford where I had made the purchase. I was told that it was a third party vendor and that it basically out of their control; no apologies! I called again and heard that my delivery was pushed back to 12-4 pm. I never received a call so that I could have probably rearranged my day’s schedule. That was learnt after several calls were made and I was bounced around. I just had to wait until the delivery was finally made at 5:48 pm.
I was on the verge of going to the store to cancel my purchase because I was very upset and frustrated. I must say that it was the worst experience I ever had with a delivery of any appliance. Better communication should be made to customers to prevent stressful situations.
