My complaint:
Bought a friend a Longhorn gift card. My friend ordered take out. Had to wait a long time to receive his food, cause the waiter said no one showed up to work. When he got home, his steak was so salty he couldn’t eat it. The rest of the food he purchased was good. Longhorn is my favorite restaurant. That’s why I purchased a gift card for him. This was very disappointing to him and myself. I never had a bad meal there before.
Suggested solution:
I feel they should do something for my friend for experiencing a bad meal
