My complaint:
Picking up PC Express today – first one in last one out. I called upon my arrival and was told my groceries would be out in a minute. Five minutes later another customer pulled in and their groceries were delivered instantly. This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time I complained to PC Express Team at store. You would think that once a store receives a complaint of this nature they would want to make changes to their system andor process to insure it does not continue to happen. This is poor customer service and although I have been shopping at Fortinos for many years I will not be back because obviously they do not value me as a customer.
Suggested solution:
Make the necessary changes to their system andor process - have a team meeting
