My complaint:
Pharmacy department is so extremely badly run that my medications in blaster pack are not ready anymore on time as will as my insulin and freestyle libre.
They where always ready before with the pharmacist calling when my medications where ready.
I’m not sure what happened in the past month however I can say I’m extremely disappointed with the way the pharmacy is being run and the incompatibility to have meds ready in a timely manner as before.
This department needs help with whatever is going on.
Long lines in store.
I was there this afternoon and they said they didn’t have my Libre available for me when I know that there is s as six months in repeats from April when first started.
Now I’m without that and other meds that are not around and my doctors office is closed until Monday morning.
Prior to whatever happened at the pharmacy, but before the pharmacy was on the ball and as of now it’s at the total basement and it’s not like the pharmacy is down the street and minutes away. It’s more like a 15-20 drive as I live in downtown Stoney Creek.
I can also say that I was there on this past Saturday and my girlfriends medications were not ready and she had to go without them for three days because her blister packs where not ready and she needs them.
Please fix the problem and straighten it out fast before you start to lose your pharmacy customers and grocery customers.
