My complaint:

I went into the store at 7:20pm. I was waited on by a young girl by the name of Kari she was very nice and pleasant. While I waited for my pizza and wings a lady in the back was yelling slamming people food and just being silly. My husband asked if there was a problem if she was having a bad day she did not reply. I asked her to cancel my order she can’t work in a place of business acting that way throwing people food around we have to eat that food. It was about 4-5 other customers in the building 2 of the customers walked out. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she rudely said I am the manager and I said wow. I asked for my money back on my card and she said NO PROBLEM acting a fool. I told her that I would report her to cooperate she kindly told me to go ahead call 1800CEASARS. I asked how long would it be before my money be back on my card she stated 36 hours. I do not like in Deleware I visit at least 5 times a year and I spend my money at this restuarant every time I come here and this is the 1ST time I have ever had any problem the workers there are ususally so nice and pleasant. This lady said her name was Melissa or Michelle one of the two and I feel that you are losing so much business with this lady running your store.

Suggested solution:

I'm not sure how to resolve this complaint honestly she should be fired but considering everyone needs to work but she really needs to be talked with. She can not be treating customers that way. If she is having a bad day she needs to stay at home. This is the first time I did not get my pizza.
