My complaint:
On Friday 11, 2022, @ 1:39pm., I, Ivan Jones, entered Little Ceasar as I regularly do during the week to order a pizza and soda pop.
However, I believe that Ceasar was doing online orders only. They supposedly had signs posted on the door and window, which I was unaware of and did not see due to the sign falling off the door.
Be that as it may, on my way out the door, two employees, a male, and a female, called me Stupid and said that I should look closely at the signs on the door and window.
I demanded an apology but neither complied, and the male ran to the rear of the store and hid.
Suggested solution:
Ceasar should give a written and final warning that if any employee speaks in such a manner to a customer, regular or not, they will be automatically terminated without dispute. If found to be guilty.
