Little Caesars complaint: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My complaint:

I placed an online order at the Little Caesars, located near Penn and Britton, in Oklahoma City. My husband picked up the order in their in-store portal. When he got home, I realized that my brownies were missing. I called the store, (it took an hour to get through), and informed the manager, Shannon, of the missing brownies. I also told her that the parmesan wings that I ordered didn’t taste good. She apologized, and said no problem, come back in with the receipt and she would take care of it. Since it was an online order, I didn’t have a paper receipt. The label from the box had all of the information, name, date, order , and the items that I ordered, so decided to use that. My husband went in the next day, which she had agreed to. When he arrived with the box label and the wings, all except for one that I had eaten. Shannon stated that the label wasn’t good enough, she needed the receipt. I looked my order up online and sent my husband a copy of receipt. It clearly stated receipt, and listed the order number, items ordered and my payment. She said that she needed a PAPER RECEIPT. Remember, this was an ONLINE ORDER!!! Shannon kept leaving my husband to go speak to her supervisor. She kept saying that she needed the order number. As I stated it was listed on the label and receipt. At one point she said that she needed the box!!! The wings were in their original container. All I wanted was the brownies that I had paid for, and a refund for the wings that I brought back. After a lot of NEGATIVE interaction, in the lobby, Shannon told my husband to write down his name and number, and her supervisor would call him tomorrow. WHY COULDN’T she talk to him right then!!! My husband left ANGRY with no brownies and no refund. He did leave the wings. What should have been an easy problem to resolve, has now turned into a major ORDEAL!!! The day’s of trying to make the customer happy are definitely gone, at the Little Caesars located near Penn and Britton, in Oklahoma City!!

Suggested solution:

I want the brownies that I paid for, and a refund for the wings that I brought back.
