Dear Sir Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: I have thought long and hard about making this complaint because I understand everybody is struggling but I wouldn’t want anybody to feel the way I felt today after shopping. This morning I went to go to the queue, where I have been told to queue for that certain till every other time and also behind somebody else. We all moved forward where the woman on the till proceeded to shout at me that I was at the wrong till and there was a queue ,ok fine so I said oh I’m sorry last time I had to be here where she then shouted at me again very aggressively that the queue was there and I couldn’t skip the line I had no intention of skipping I was in no rush. At this point I burst into tears because I genuinely didn’t think I had done anything wrong other than made a mistake where I queued and didn’t even argue when she asked me to move. I think this woman is management, myself and my partner are also management in shops and never would I or a staff member speak to somebody in this manner. I pride myself on being very polite when being served and never have I ever been treated this way in a shop.
It occurred on: 20112020
This meant that I was affected as I spent the whole waiting time and serving time in tears and was very upset I will not be returning to this shop which is ashame as I shop every week in Lidl and they have great offers.
Maybe remind staff that everyone is struggling and mistakes are made.
I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

This is the 3rd time I have sent this complaint and not had any response. I am not leaving it because I can not allow this woman to make others feel the way I did that day.
Have a word with this individual. No other member of staff in that shop is rude so I is not a whole shop problem.
