My complaint:
I paid my premium in full on 3/2/2022 for 584.00 then on May 24 they took 44.00 out of my checking account with out any notice at all. They told me they sent a letter on 4/2/2022 never got it and then on May 5 never got it.
They told me my premium is not 632.00 for something called Right Track never new what that was agent did not explain that to me. They told me that they sent it on App I don’t have a phone that has Apps. They took this money with out any notice this is Fraud.
Suggested solution:
I want my 44.00 back from Liberty Mutual. I am going to send this complaint to the Minnesota Insurance Commission. If I don\'t hear back from them.
