My complaint:
I currently have a 2007 Lexus is250. Previous owner went for recall on interior but no parts eye available addy the time. Current dealership I got the car from said to contact Lexus again. I called local and corporate for complaints on the interior melting off and I was told oh well I missed the cut off. You can not touch any of the interior without it coming off in your hands.
I’m currently working with a lawyer to have this issue addressed since Lexus will not help. I’m told they pick who they want to help or not.
Suggested solution:
Full interior replacement with the current airbag recall fixed as well.
