My complaint:

1. Bought vehicle on Dec.6th. At the end of the vehicle acceptance the last think to salesperson told us was that we only get one key blaming it on a chip shortage at Lexus. To this date they will not reply to my request for the second key.
2. The financial person spent the entire close trying to sell us non-Lexus warranty packaging and incorrectly filled out the Lexus Financial Loan papers. A month later I called two days before my first payment was due asking where my load papers were. Eleven days later they got the paperwork sent correctly and resubmitted. We missed out first payment date. Finally got first transmittal letter from Lexus Financial on Jan 26th. Set-up Web account that day. If I hadn’t called dealership multiple times starting Jan 4th final package would still be sitting unprocessed.
3. Got memorandum title from Lexus Financial in Feb 1st. Even though I paid dealership a document fee, title fee, license fee and registration fee we had to go to local DBV and pay them to do it. Dealership would not reply to my requests for BMV paperwork.
4. Would like to cancel two warranty packages I purchased change to another dealership, but dealership will not reply to my request to meet. Worse customer service we have ever encounter in over 40 vehicles purchases. Disappointed in Lexus of Dayton as a dealership.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back for the BMV we didn't get, we want to cancel the two warranty's we purchased from the dealership get our money back, and we want to have all our Lexus service and warranty performed by another Lexus or Toyota dealership in the area.

We love the Lexus LS-350 vehicle we bought; we have owned a 2009 Lexus, a 2004 a 2206 Toyota Corolla.
