My complaint:
Staff name Brisk is very rude in the way she speaks.
I am feel very unhappy and being talk back by this lady. She is very proud and kept flipping her words.
Incidents 1 : I ordered blue-ray lenses as she showed me lenskart’s in-house sample lenses which can filter the blue-ray very well. I received my order, but my blue-ray lenses were not able to filter as much blue-ray from the blue-ray light tester pen. Hence, I enquired why so. She claimed that in-store they used super strong tester pen with better lenses to show the difference. She added that my prescription lenses had degree in the blue-ray lenses, resulted in the filtration of blue-ray weaker than lenses with no degree. She argued with me and I raised my concern that this is for a feedback. I shared, the store could have used a small degree lenses to show comparison on blue-ray filtration effect instead of using no degree lenses to show comparison on blue-ray effect.
She was mad and say I am right.
I am confused, is it true that blue-ray lenses with degree get weaker blue-ray filtration than no degree blue-ray lenses? Or is it that the % of blue-ray lenses provided was lower than the sample in store.
Incident 2: She says we should always wear specs at all times to prevent from worsening eye’s degree. However, she shared that after 2 hours of wearing, if feel uncomfortable we should take a break from wearing specs.
I am confused, so I tried to research online, does not wearing specs worsen degree of eyesight.
I am tired and feel unfair being served by this staff. I will not go back to this outlet again. She has shown me a poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
Get the staff trained in customer service.
