My complaint:
After listing GOPX on the LaToken Exchange, LaToken proceeded to transfer all our tokens out of our wallet. When asked to return tokens and funds for over four weeks, they denied taking them and threatened to delist our tokens; when we provided them proof via transaction hash, they stated it was the standard operating procedure.
They took the tokens and prevented us from transferring our investor tokens to our exchange; the automated market maker services that came with the listing fee were not paid, and our token tanked.
Anna, that could have been stated on day one. Instead, I got threats of delisting, not why the tokens were transferred or the fact you weren’t given permission to transfer all the tokens, the Automated Market Maker hasn’t been paid, or the fact that going silent over its only a hot wallet transfer. In contrast, our token lost its value, and our investors lost their ROI, we have a video of the listing meeting, and the laying out of the agreement included CEO endorsement, which, after the funds were received, claims that were not included. No, it’s not a standard procedure for any exchange to take our tokens and you guys just sat there for over four weeks and did nothing but go dark and threatened to delist us. And 4 weeks later, the only response is that our tokens were sent to a hot wallet in a standard procedure that was never a part of the listing agreement. I request our funds taking in the transaction, our listing fee of 90K return or will pursue a class action lawsuit on behalf of the GOPX ICO Investors. Legal filing will be against the Corporation and Staff
Suggested solution:
LaToken should send us the 83 million in USDT they took and return our 90K listing for violating the listing agreement.
With crashing our token and not paying their automated market maker compensate for the damages
