Hi there,

I really hope you’ll be able to help me please.

Firstly I would like to demand a refund of the seat I’ve pre purchased $235 when I booked the ticket!
This is second time it’s happening 😭 I purchase an extra room seat for my elderly mum who’s got sore back and you guys just rob me of my money and her of her pre purchased seat.
3 years ago same thing happened so you guys owe me money $500, just for seats! You are robbing me blind! I’ve paid for service you didn’t deliver as simple as that!

Also would like to make a formal complaint about your airline ground staff at Ezeiza International Airport, my mum who is 66 years old and it’s not the first time she visits NZ, had a Grandparent Visitor Visa for NZ, your staff scared her and caused her continuous distress saying she won’t board the plain and she will loose her ticket!!! Unheard off, how dare they?, with their stupidity, misinformation and luck of understanding scare my mum like that?! How dare they to cause this 5 minutes before plain leaving demanding EtaNZ??? What is going on in your airline? it’s a joke 🤣, and after causing distress and talking to me in a bad manner over the phone, when I stated he’s mistaken! He just demanded I do that visa and only after we showed the results they addressed the issue! I do not allow and will not tolerate this sort of treatment to my mother!
So on top of the ordeal they’ve caused, they also robbed her of her seat saying now due to (your incompetent staff delay) it’s been allocated! Sorry I’ve paid and didn’t get what was paid for. Please train your staff to be knowledgeable and not nasty push overs!!!
Right now I’m talking to my lawyers to see how we can go about the emotional turmoil you caused my elderly mother for free and endangered her health with your Ignorance. So yes I’m considering taking legal action, this time was just too much damage done, my mum keeps being anxious and in distress 5 days later, we waited for 6 months for the right Visa! I also would like to know the name of that disgusting person that attended to my mum. I’m utterly upset and angry at your staff and your company and I will not just leave it this time, as I said enough is enough.
You can intimate an elderly lady, but not me, iknow my rights too well, thank you.

I kindly request you refund me the stolen money by your company In 2 instances. I ain’t gifting you my money! Enough is enough. I have proof you’ve done the wrong thing by us, so let’s try to sort it out and make it a little fair and right! I would like a compensation for damages caused please.

Compensation full on for seats they make you purchase and compensation for causing anxiety and distress to my mother, who is elderly! Enough is enough
This time was shocking she almost lost her plane and on top they've have endangered her health! I will not allow this, 😐!
