My complaint:

Hi

Can you please raise a complaint with customer service regarding our booking. We have been absolutely taken for a ride on this trip.

We booked a package holiday to corfu. We have reached corfu to be told our hotel is not available. Your customer service has strung us around for 3 hours with no solution. We have recordings and transcripts and can pick this up with the ombudsman if the need arises.
I have transcripts of chats; you should have call recordings available and all the emails to hand.

We went from a 5 hotel in central corfu to it not being available and being given 2 options- option 1 no longer available, option 2 is a shit option, option 3 4 hours later is a 4 hotel about an hour drive away no transfers arrangement – they mentioned to contact customer service to arrange a reimbursement themselves as the replacement hotel isn’t what we were after in Corfu.

The area we booked in is central Corfu / where we’ve got is completely out of the city.

We asked for an upgraded room at least in the roda hotel but this wasn’t an option.

When she finally did book it, no mention on the phone re email ation.

We’re absolutely appalled at the service provided. At the bare minimum expecting a chunky refund of the amount paid for as the service we wanted wasn’t delivered.

I’ve tweeted out to last minute and we can take legal proceedings as required.

Suggested solution:

Refund me for their error in booking the package - I will settle for a minimum £1000 refund.
